Shipping & Delivery

1 Shipping Costs

Krystaze covers standard shipping costs for orders meeting the minimum purchase threshold. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

2 Processing & Delivery Timeframes

We process orders promptly upon receipt. Standard delivery takes between 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location. An order is considered delayed if it has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch from our fulfillment center.

3 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. In rare cases, tracking may show "Delivered" while you have not received your package. If this occurs, we will launch an investigation with the carrier, which may take 1 to 2 months. Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund if the official tracking status confirms delivery

4 Customer responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Krystaze is not liable for packages that are undelivered, returned, or destroyed due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Packages marked as "unclaimed" at the local post office
• Failure to collect packages held for pickup

5 Customs & International Shipping

For international orders, you are responsible for complying with local customs regulations and paying any applicable duties or taxes. Krystaze is not responsible for packages detained, returned, or discarded due to customs non-compliance.
